Company overview
Tech-Plas Endüstri Medikal Plastik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. is a family-owned company founded in 2021. Building on the experience of our senior family member, Osman Çakıcı, who has worked in the industry since 1976, we provide injection mold making, injection molding and printing services to a wide range of industries, including textile, automotive, furniture, lighting, healthcare, electronics and cosmetics.
Technology and innovation are at the center of what we do, and we run every step in-house, from design to assembly. Our mold shop is fully equipped with CNC machining centers, wire EDM machines and other mold-making equipment. That lets us offer the most time- and cost-efficient solutions, particularly for plastic packaging and cosmetic cases.
Our injection department runs machines from 50 to 350 tons of clamping force, and our flat and round printing machines produce hot-stamped, pad-printed and screen-printed parts.
We aim for quality leadership in everything we manufacture and supply, and we take every measure needed to achieve zero defects, the best possible cost and the highest customer satisfaction.

Our founder
Founder, Tech-Plas
After studying interior architecture, Ayşe Zülal Çakıcı founded Tech-Plas Endüstri Medikal in 2021 as an entrepreneur committed to encouraging more women to take part in industry. She took this step inspired by her father Osman Çakıcı’s experience in mold making and injection molding, and made reliable, high-quality production the company’s founding principle.
Believing that women should have a bigger place in industry, Zülal takes an active part in production and contributes to the company’s growth. She aims to position Tech-Plas not only as a manufacturer, but as an inspiring brand that opens the way for women entrepreneurs in the sector.
